As a Fan Club or Street Team member, there are 2 ways you can win one of these slick little gadgets:

   1. SIGNUP - that's how easy it is - fill out the form, and you are in the running for iPod #1.
   2. SPREAD THE WORD - tell the rest of the world about it!
         1. Put up one of these banners on your Blog, MySpace, personal website, or anywhere else on the web.
         2. Tell us about it -  select POSTED BANNER AD from the TYPE OF PROMOTION drop-down, give the link of the site where you posted the banner. HINT: you can register this way once every single day, though ya gotta post it a different place every time. NOTE: You will need to create an iPass profile to access the Reports page. 
         3. One fan club member will be selected with the BEST banner placement, winning the second iPod Nano.

Registration ends June 30th, 2008. Winner selected and announced July 1st, 2008. **Read below contest rules and regulations. Contest void where prohibited.



RULES & REGULATIONS:
Who Can Enter
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be US residents or Canadian residents, who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, any and all local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to Enter
1.   Contests requiring entry forms:

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter.

(b) To enter, visit www.montgomerygentry.com , click on the iPod Contest banner and follow instructions to enter. Only one entry per person.  All duplicate entries will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.

(c) The contest starts on April 25, 2008, and all entries must be received by www.montgomerygentry.com by 12:00 p.m. CST on June 30, 2008.

(d) One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or around June 30, 2008. One (1) winner will be selected from the fan club member "best banner placement" entries.

The Prize(s)
1. Two winners will be selected. The winners will receive the following prize:                

- an iPod Nano from montgomerygentry.com
- a full Montgomery Gentry CD discography
 
2. Winner(s) will be notified by email and posted on www.montgomerygentry.com.
 
3. If winner cannot be notified within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
 
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry. montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry have the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winner(s) are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6. montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

7. montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

8. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

2. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded here under.

5. montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. montgomerygentry.com and Montgomery Gentry reserve the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
